The Council employs a Clerk, caretaker for the Parish Cemetery Pencader and Troedyrhiw Cemetery Alltwalis and a caretaker for the Play Corner in Pencader.<\/p>\n<p>Meetings are held in The Vestry, Tabernacle Chapel, Pencacder on the <strong>third Monday of every month<\/strong> except August and December.
